Who are "Reboot Privacy"?
Why do I need a privacy phone?
When you purchase a phone or laptop, Windows or MacOS for laptops and Google Android or Apple iOS is all that’s available. They’re filled with unnecessary apps, artificial intelligence and intrusive features which continuously harvest your data for profit. They track your location, your habits, your contacts and your usage, all in the name of generating revenue.
Our devices are completely open-source, privacy-focused, tracker-less, have no ads and do not sell your data. They also tend to last longer due to them only working when you ask them to and never in the background, saving you money in the long run!
I’m tech illiterate, are your devices easy to use?
If you can already use a phone or a laptop, you can use our devices. Yes, there is an initial learning curve but our devices give a more peaceful digital experience.

How can I place an order?
Place your order conveniently through our website by adding your desired items to the cart and proceeding to checkout. We currently process payments via Square, but we have plans to integrate crypto payment options in the future. For those interested in crypto or cash payments, please email us at rebootprivacy@proton.me to arrange your order.
What are the payment methods available?
We accept card, cash and crypto payments. To pay by card, add your items to the basket and go to the checkout screen. For cash or crypto orders, email us at rebootprivacy@proton.me, and we'll provide you with an order number and payment instructions.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, you can return or exchange an item within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in its original condition. Please refer to our Returns Policy.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. UK orders typically take 5-7 days, but can take longer than that during busy periods as our devices are essentially hand made. For International orders, please expect your item to take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Please note, we cannot accept responsibility for import delays or taxes for international orders.

What if my product has a defect or stops working?
If your product has a defect or stops working, you can contact our customer support team for assistance. We will offer a replacement if we cannot troubleshoot your issue remotely. Please refer to our Returns Policy.
Do you offer any after-sales services?
We provide an extensive guide with all of our devices. This guide is sent via email after your purchase. It includes detailed information on where to seek direct assistance from the developers of the various apps and operating systems your device uses. If you encounter issues with any of the apps, it is recommend to start your support journey there, as it will provide you with the most accurate and timely assistance.
