Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. We advise you to spend a little time getting familiar with your device and contacting us first for any questions you may have before initiating a return.
Eligibility
- The product must be in its original condition, including all accessories.
- The product must not show signs of use or wear.
- The customer must provide the original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
Return Process

- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with return shipping instructions.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Ensure the package is securely packed and adequately insured to avoid any damage during transit.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Exclusions
Unfortunately, we won't be able to process a refund if any of these conditions are met:
- Your item is outside of the 30 day return window.
- The item was damaged while it was in the customers possession.
Defective Items
